







Apet syrup belongs to a group of antihistamine which is used to relieve various allergic symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing, hives, and itching. It is also used to treat loss of appetite. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that the body makes during an allergic reaction.
This syrup is usually taken two times a day before or after food as advised by a doctor. Some of the common side-effects like drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, or dry mouth/nose/throat may be seen. If any of these effects persist for a longer time, consult with your doctor promptly.
Take it as advised by the physician and pharmacist. If you missed this medicine, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Composition: Cyproheptadine HCl
